At HAIRVEX, we want your order to arrive safely and as smoothly as possible. Please review our shipping policy below before placing your order.

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed.

Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays. During high-demand periods, product launches, promotional events, or holidays, processing times may be slightly longer.

Free Tracked Shipping

HAIRVEX offers Free Tracked Shipping on orders placed through our website.

The Free Tracked Shipping option will appear at checkout with a cost of $0.00 when available for your order.

Estimated Delivery Times

Most U.S. orders are delivered within approximately 7–15 business days after processing.

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on the destination, carrier, weather conditions, holidays, customs processing, and other circumstances outside of our control.

HairVex Protected Shipping

At checkout, customers may have the option to select HairVex Protected Shipping for an additional fee.

HairVex Protected Shipping is an optional premium shipping protection option designed to provide extra support in case your package is lost, damaged, or affected by a delivery issue.

This option is not required to complete your purchase. Customers who do not select HairVex Protected Shipping will still receive Free Tracked Shipping when available.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information when available.

Please allow 24–72 hours for tracking updates to appear after your order has been shipped.

Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

If you notice an error in your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible at contact@hairvex.com. We will do our best to update the address before the order ships, but we cannot guarantee changes once the order has been processed or handed to the carrier.

HAIRVEX is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

Shipping Delays

While we aim to deliver every order within the estimated timeframe, delays may occasionally occur due to carrier issues, high order volume, holidays, customs checks, weather conditions, or other events beyond our control.

If there is a significant delay with your order, please contact us at contact@hairvex.com and we will help you review the status of your shipment.

Lost, Stolen, or Delivered Packages

If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you have not received it, please first check your mailbox, front door, building reception, parcel locker, neighbors, or local carrier office.

If you still cannot locate your package, contact us at contact@hairvex.com with your order number and tracking information. We will do our best to assist you.

If you selected HairVex Protected Shipping at checkout, please mention this in your email so we can review the issue under the protected shipping option.

Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at contact@hairvex.com.

Please include your order number and clear photos of the damaged product and packaging so we can review the issue and help you with the next steps.

If you selected HairVex Protected Shipping at checkout, please include this information when contacting us.

Cancellations

If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible at contact@hairvex.com.

We cannot guarantee cancellations once an order has been processed, packed, or shipped.

International Shipping

HAIRVEX currently focuses on serving customers in the United States. If shipping to other regions becomes available at checkout, delivery times, taxes, duties, import fees, or available shipping options may vary by destination.

Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees that may apply in their country or region.
